Free Organix Shampoo or Conditioner w/ Rebate

The first time I heard there was a rebate for this stuff on bottles at CVS, sadly I could not find one with a rebate form attached. Well, I had forgotten all about it, and when I went CVSing this weekend a FREE w/ rebate form just caught my eye (they do that you know!), and it was for this shampoo. I’ve heard that like me, some of you were having a hard time finding one with a rebate form on it, so I thought I’d help ya out! I checked out the fine print on the back of the rebate, and it gave an address to fill out the rebate form online . You can also call: 1-800-422-4842 to register your rebate.
Here are the terms:
BUY: Any Organix Shampoo or Conditioner
SEND: Cash Register receipt dated 1/1/08- 7/31/08 with the purchase price of the time, date and retail store name circled and a completed certificate (the form on the bottle, online, or via telephone).
RECEIVE: up to $6.99 Cash Refund
SEND TO: VOGI- Rebate/Universal, P.O. Box 222510, Hollywood, Florida 33022-2510
One request per household. Submission must be received by 8/15/08.

This form confuses me. It looks like you fill this out as well as sending in the other form in order to expedite the rebate???? I don’t think you can use this in place of the form you found on the product????

Thanks Candace for pointing this out. So I called the company and here’s the scoop. I asked if I could just fill out the form online instead of mailing the form and the lady told me no. I asked,”So what good is filling out the form online?” She said it was just to have a record in case the one I sent in the mail was lost. I asked,”So, if I do the form online, and the one I send in the mail gets lost, will I still get my rebate?” She said,”Yes.” I said,”That doesn’t make sense to me. Then why should I send one in the mail?” She said, “Just mail it in. I can take your info over the phone but you still have to mail it in.” I said, “That doesn’t make any sense to me.” She said, “That’s all I was told.” I said, “Okay”.
So, there you have it. Sorry it’s so confusing! I don’t understand it either. I’d fill it in online anyway and see what happens. It seems like you should get your rebate. Just keep a copy of your receipt for records.

June 5th, 2008 at 10:19 amThere was no phone number on the rebate form so I went online and found your website… With the tel no. I called and the lady said it has been processes so I should be getting it soon. So it does take longer than the 10 weeks as stated. Thats okay as long as I get it. I have been trying to get my rebate for nearly 4 months..they finally sent me a handwritten check (even the ck number was hand written) and the bank refused to cash.

I, too, have been waiting for a rebate since March. I called the number and the woman I spoke with had my address information and also said it was being processed. She said to expect it in the next two weeks – after the last post, I’m not hopeful.

I mailed my rebate on Mar/27/2008. No check yet. I don’t believe it will ever arrive. Thanks for the 800 number though!

It’s been 12 weeks and I too haven’t received my check. I called the 800 number and
a lady took down my information and told me that it will be mailed next week. I also went on-line and found that there
are a lot of complaints about the non-existing Organix rebate checks. I think every on should file a complaint with the
Better Business Bureaus @ http://www.bbb.org. I also contacted Vogue international, the maker of Orgainx product, they told me to contact

it’s been 22 weeks, that’s right twenty-two weeks since March 8. not even a hint of a rebate. I will never buy Organix products again. Not just because of the phantom rebate either.
I’m not holding my breath….
